The West Ohio Camping & Retreat Ministries has made the difficult decision to suspend all summer camp programs due to the coronavirus. The health, safety and well-being of our campers and staff are very important to us. The decision was made after many days and hours of conversation, discernment, and prayer with conference leadership, camping and health care officials.

Full refunds are available to those already registered and to churches that have paid fees. There are several options for your consideration:

1) Call or email for a full refund
2) Transfer the funds toward summer 2021 and receive a free camp hoodie next summer (This helps us to operate camps through this year).
3) Offer to donate all or a portion of your fees paid as a tax-deductible contribution to West Ohio Camps.

The mission of the West Ohio Camps is to provide a spiritual, relational, and recreational environment where everyone can experience the love of Jesus. The season may be suspended but plans are under way to keep our campers and staff engaged in other ways. More information will be available soon at westohiocamps.org
