We strive to provide hospitality toward a spiritual, relational and recreational experience. We have a variety of lodging and camping options to fit your needs. Guests will have use of the grounds for hiking, fishing, and lawn games.
We will continue to offer Family Cabin Rentals through Spring of 2021 (Not available as a group rental. Groups please see our Retreats page).
As schools around the state are considering options of At Home Learning for all or part of the semester, Camp Otterbein would love to have your family for a getaway experience. There is Wifi available at Albright Lodge and the Pine Center where your student can still get their lessons done (and you can still work from 'home'), but you can also take advantage of a family retreat at the same time.
The air-conditioned Pine Center has two bedrooms with one queen bed each and two bedrooms with two sets of bunk beds (4 beds) each. There is a complete kitchen with sink, stove/oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, and coffee and tea maker as well as all your pots/pans and eating ware. There is also a living room area and two restrooms, one is fully ADA compliant. This facility comes with complete linen service. WiFi available. A campfire ring is behind the building with wood provided.
Weeknight rate: $130 per night
Friday/Saturday rate: $150 per night
Guests can rent one or both air-conditioned wings of Maple and Dogwood Lodges. Each wing includes a bedroom with 7 bunks (14 beds) and a full restroom. A center room with kitchen and dining area includes a sink, stove/oven, microwave, mini fridge, toaster, and coffee maker as well as all your pots/pans and eating ware. Linens must be provided by the guest (twin beds).
Weeknight rate: $80 per night
Friday/Saturday rate: $100 per night
The rustic treehouses located at our wilderness site, a 1/2 mile walk from Albright Lodge. (Rough terrain - SUV's and vehicles higher off the ground are able to drive to the location, or we can assist with move in). The treehouses have an upper and lower level, each sleeping 8 people on cots for a total of 16 beds. The treehouses have no electricity or running water, a great getaway for the remote camper. There is a nearby picnic shelter and campfire circle. Guests have access to the showerhouses near Albright Lodge. Linens must be provided by the guest. Ice is available for coolers upon request.

Friday/Saturday rate: $50 per night
Tent & RV Site
Guests can choose to bring a tent or RV and select several options of locations (View our Camp Map for locations) including Freshour Shelter, The Campground, The Meadow, near the lake, near a campfire, or select your own primitive site. Campfire wood is included and available by self-gathering or request split logs to your location. Ice is available for coolers upon request.
Weeknight rate: $10 per night / $20 with electric
Friday/Saturday rate: $20 per night / $30 with electric
Guests must provide their own meals during their stay. Maple Lodge, Dogwood Lodge, and the Pine Center have a kitchen in the building. Gusts staying in other accomodations can cook over a campfire, grill out, or eat at local restaurants.
Most recreation opportunities on site will be self-led and limited to one household participating at a time. Sanitation will be completed between users. Some of these options include hiking, fishing, lawn games, disc golf, gaga ball, geocaching, Vesper Hill prayer walk, and much more.
There are plenty of volunteer needs as well. With a limited staff on site, your help is greatly appreciated to keep camp running and upkept. Please take a look at the Volunteer Opportunities page for a list of projects.
