Camp Home Activities While Children Are Out of School

So much great material is being created and distributed via FB live and Youtube for parents and children at home. During a time like this we need to make sure to bring more Jesus into the equation! With so many churches unable to conduct their Youth/Children ministries or even their Sunday School services. We offer a solution through our camp ministries.

We are conducting a 30 day Bible Story Challenge. Each day at 4 PM (Starting March 19th)  Rachel Palmer, Camp Director at Camp Widewater will jump on FB Live to read a bible story (starting in Genesis) and working our way through the bible. Each story will also have activities, worksheets, recipes, and more that families will be able to pick and choose to participate in. We have attached the first week of stories and activities. Camp Wesley - Camp Director

Camp Wesley, near Bellefontaine, is the perfect location for a life-changing week of summer camp.  The center of this beautiful place, a 20-acre lake, is surrounded by 225-acres of pine and hardwood forests with rolling activity fields.  You will spend time each day enjoying all of the treasures that this varied site has to offer.  Join new friends as you canoe or paddle board across the lake.  Slide down the 120-foot turbo shoot into the lake, or climb, slide and splash on the inflated slide and rocket over at the beach.  Cool off in the swimming pool on a sunny summer day.  Up in the woods, you can spend activity time in archery, arts and crafts, nature hikes or working together with friends to overcome the obstacles of the challenge course.
