Director of Student Ministries – Christ United Methodist Church (Kettering Campus, Gem City Church Collective)

Christ Church, a dynamic and mission-driven congregation in Kettering, Ohio, is seeking a passionate and visionary Director of Student Ministries to lead a thriving ministry for students in grades 6–12. Located just steps from both Kettering High School and Middle School, Christ Church is poised to impact the next generation through discipleship, leadership development, service, worship, and community engagement.

The Director will cultivate relationships with students, parents, and volunteers, and create meaningful bridge-building connections within the church and broader community. Ideal candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills and a deep, growing relationship with Jesus Christ. Experience in student ministry, volunteer development, and event leadership is essential.
