The Great Miami River District is seeking a skilled and dependable Office Administrator to support daily operations and provide administrative assistance to the District Superintendent. This role is the central point of connection for clergy, churches, and visitors, helping ensure smooth communication, organized workflows, and efficient office management. Candidates should be organized, personable, and comfortable working in a Christian faith‑based nonprofit environment.
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily office operations, incoming calls, visitors, and correspondence
- Maintain district records, documents, and database updates
- Provide administrative and scheduling support to the District Superintendent
- Assist with newsletters, email communications, and website or social media updates
- Coordinate meetings, trainings, and district‑wide events
What You Bring
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with professionalism and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Schedule
Full‑time (32–40 hours/week)
Hybrid schedule — on‑site Mondays required
