East & West Ohio Conference clergy will meet May 7, 2026 at Lakeside Chautauqua for a Coordinated Clergy Session. We will worship together as a covenant community. We will then meet as individual conferences to conduct business regarding clergy character, conference relations, ordination, commissioning, and other matters related to the ordering of ministry, as prescribed by The Book of Discipline of The United Methodist Church.

Gathering is from 9:00 - 9:30 am; Worship starts at 9:30 am.

We will conclude in the afternoon with a Service of Reinstatement and Closing Worship with Communion.

Registration fee includes lunch, with a choice of Ham & Swiss Croissant, Turkey & Provolone Croissant, a Vegetable Sandwich or Chicken Salad Croissant.
