Deadline Approaching for Healthflex Participants to Receive Incentive

HealthFlex participants and their spouses are encouraged to complete the Health Check questionnaire and Blueprint for Wellness by August 31, 2025.

To avoid a higher deductible in 2026, participants and their covered spouses must complete the Health Check questionnaire, which takes 10-20 minutes.
