Life feels heavy right now. As Christ followers serving others first, the heaviness can crush our spirits to the point where we collapse or relapse into a me-first leader. The All In Community Servant Leadership Lab offers you a place to rest, reset, and re-engage as a better version of servant self.
This second Leadership Lab, held at the West Ohio Conference Center on Saturday, September 13, from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, will focus on Joy and why it is critical to Servant Leadership. Attendees will explore practices and principles for becoming a more joyful Servant Leader, so people feel that you are with them and not doing things for them.
