If you or your congregation would like to get involved in responding to recent flooding in Ohio, please DO NOT SELF-DEPLOY. Going to these communities at this moment in time will only serve to burden an already-overwhelmed system. Instead, consider doing one or more of the following:
- PRAY – Pray for disaster survivors as well as first responders, volunteers, community members, and local churches.
- GIVE – Give to West Ohio Disaster Response ministries online or by check. Donations will go to help survivors of disasters or local churches affected by the flooding.

- MAKE – Make flood buckets or hygiene kits for disaster survivors to assist in their recovery.

- LEARN – Take an Early Response Team class to learn how you can respond after a disaster, including how to safely muck-out flooded basements.
- JOIN – A joint East-West Ohio team is being formed to volunteer in the Perry County area the week of September 28.
