Faith Community UMC is seeking a passionate and Christ-centered Student Ministry Director to lead and grow their ministry for students in grades 7-12. This is a part-time position (15 hours per week) with an exciting opportunity to invest in the next generation of disciples through relationship-building, biblical teaching, leadership development, service opportunities, and community engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong relationship in Jesus Christ, a heart for students and families, effective leadership and communication skills, and experience developing volunteers and ministry programs. Responsibilities include leading weekly student gatherings, planning retreats and mission opportunities, fostering connections with students and families, and helping create an intergenerational culture within the church.
