Christ United Methodist Church, a campus of the Gem City Church Collective in Kettering, OH, is seeking a full-time Facilities/Operations Manager to oversee the care, maintenance, and operations of our campus. This role ensures our facilities are safe, clean, and welcoming for worship, preschool/childcare, and community events.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations, maintenance, and security of buildings and grounds
• Supervise custodial staff and coordinate volunteers
• Oversee vendor contracts, budgeting, and preventive maintenance schedules
• Ensure compliance with safety and security standards
• Support church and community events through facility preparation

Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of facilities management or operations experience (church/nonprofit preferred)
• Supervisory experience with staff and/or volunteers
• Working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends
This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position reporting to the COO of the Gem City Collective.
