Whether you are moving to a new appointment, welcoming a new pastor, or supporting a congregation through change, Harmony in Transition is training designed to equip United Methodist clergy with the tools and insights needed for a smooth and faithful transition.

There are four opportunities to attend this training; two will be held in the West Ohio Conference. You can attend the training on Thursday, April 30, 6:00 PM- 8:00 PM at Normandy UMC or Tuesday, May 12, 10:00 AM 0 12:00 PM at Findlay St. Andrews.

Each SPRC/Leadership team should attend one session, preferably with their incoming pastor. If full attendance isn't possible, at least three members attending will still support the transition.
