To prepare for the future of disaster response ministry, UMCOR plans to modernize their approach disaster material resources management, with the goal of increased efficiency, scalability and responsiveness across the U.S.

This restructuring will include seeking an experienced logistics partner, expanding collaborations with affiliate warehouses nationwide, and ceasing operations at the Sager Brown depot in Baldwin, Louisiana, starting Jan. 2027.
