Linworth United Methodist Church (LUMC), an inclusive and theologically progressive faith community, is seeking a compassionate and experienced care leader to join our staff team as Director of Congregational Care.

The Director of Congregational Care will serve as a key caring presence at LUMC, providing spiritual accompaniment and compassionate care to members across all seasons of life. This individual will be a member of both the ministry and staff teams, working collaboratively to ensure our congregation feels seen, supported, and cared for.
